Step 1. First view the orientation
by clicking on the drop-down screen above (You cannot view the video if you use
a phone-line for your internet service). Proceed to the application link below:
DO NOT COMPLETE THE APPLICATION UNTIL YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY THE SELECTED FEE.
CCBC membership and certification application: This is the application required for certification. The application is on-line. Return here after you complete the application process.
Step 2. Once we have your application and fee, we'll send your password. Print out CBC 501a below:
Laws and policy governing Christ-based Counselors (NACCBC) 501a Laws and policy governing church based Christian counseling programs, and individuals (Required for certification).
Step 3. Use 501a to answer the NACCBC Certification Exercise, Ethics and Law (First 50 questions)
NACCBC Certification Exercise, Ethics and Law This is the on-line certification exercise covering Christ-based counseling policy (CBC 501a). Part 1 OR Part 2 Use the submit button to issue them electronically.
Step 4. Ask about our book scholarship ... We will order the Christ-based Counselor's Handbook, and Faith-life Milk-to-Maturity Books for you:
The book also includes sections for the Marriage
and Addiction certification programs if desired--at a later
date.

Both books are required for all Certified Christ-based Counselor's
Step 5. Don't wait for the book. After you receive the exercise from NACCBC, enter the Certification Center below:
VIRTUAL CERTIFICATION CENTER (Once we send the certification exercise, you may enter the Virtual Center and complete Part I and II, Comparative Therapies vs. Christ-based Counseling. And Christ-based Counseling.

FEES
There are two tiers for fees: Ministry-Sensitive and Hardship. You must select the category that applies to you:
Ministry Sensitive: This fee is for persons with household income of $60000 or more:
Individual: $400
Two: 350 each person
Three: $300 each person
Four: 250 each person
Hardship: Select this fee schedule if your household income is below $60,000 or you perceive your financial circumstance as a hardship condition regardless of your income level:
1 Applicant: $150.00 each
2 Applicants $140.00 each
3 Applicants $130.00 each
4 or more ($100.00 ea.)
If you have a group, or you desire to have a sponsored program, let us know. We will arrange a special rate.

STEP 6. Complete the Process of Being Made Whole (PBWM), CBC 510. Use this link and print out the concept paper to answer the on-line course. Use this link for the PBWM Course
STEP 7. Standardized Christ-based Counseling Plan. CBC is not a rambling, feel your way approach. This is the plan for counseling sessions. You learn the important insights, strategies, practices and actions to take in each session. Both flexibility and discretion are provided within the plan. You'll be prepared from start to end. Once you have the plan, click HERE TO COMPLETE THE COUNSELING PLAN COURSE
STEP 8. Once you complete 1-8, you'll need to complete the first trimester of the Faith-life program on-line. If you are in the AMLP program, and you desire the Faith-life Coach credential also, you'll need to complete all three trimesters.

Credentialing: Once your requirements are completed, you will meet with a counsel of your peers. They will provide a positive forum to review key parts of the program, and ensure you have a powerful foundation to support your ministry.
